I have used many catteries over the years having owned cats all my life, never have I been so impressed with all the care and extra attention Dawn and her husband give to ensure your cat feels safe and well cared for while staying there. My cat stayed there for Christmas whilst we visited family up north, I received photos and videos so could see she was relaxed and eating well. She was given steamed fish and chicken and even came home with her new toys, which she loves.I will definitely be using Dawn again in the future, I was very impressed with everything
The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel is the most perfect cat hotel, Our fur babies, Molly & Alfie, both suffer from serious illnesses which can be triggered by stress and we were so worried about taking them to a cattery. We really had nothing to worry about, within 5 minutes they had settled right in and loving their luxury suite with full view of the beautiful gardens. Molly & Alfie took to the owners, Dawn & Rob, immediately, we received regular photos which reassured us they were relaxed and happy, in fact we were more concerned they wouldn't want to come home!!! We cannot rate Dawn & Rob and their amazing cat hotel high enough, Molly & Alfie can't wait to pack their bags and stay again
The Haven is quite literally just that. The perfect place for my cat while I am away. Dawn and her husband made our cats first stay away relaxing and like a home from home. We even got photo updates while we were away to see what he was up to! Very happy and confident about him staying here again. Thanks Dawn! Keep up the fantastic work you are doing
The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel is so much more than a cattery. From our first visit it was clear how much the owners care about all the cats that are staying with them. They take the time to ask about all the cats needs and likes / dislikes. During our cats stay Dawn sent us photos of our cat relaxing and playing in his pen. We won't take our cat anywhere else now that he's stayed here.
