A great local butcher with an excellent selection of quality meats. The fresh ham and home cured back bacon are always favourites in our house. Paul is a really friendly and helpful butcher, nothing is too much trouble. We had a family BBQ recently and Paul took a pre-order and had everything ready for collection - and delicious it was too. We have also had all of our Christmas meat from Paul for the past couple of years (and from Bill Ward before that) and it has always been superb. We sit anywhere between 12 and 16 down for Christmas dinner so you can imagine we get through quite a bit of meat and it's always delicious.
