I booked an appointment They got it wrong. Not in the diary They had booked it in the day I phoned.My appointment was at 1300 3 days later Arrived 5 mins early on the diary day.No clients being serviced when I walked inI only wanted a cut.They refused me as they had people coming in at 13.15They had time to do a haircut.Awful customer service A very sexist attitude .
Staff are all so friendly. Very comfatable salon. People often compliment me on my hair and I often recommend Unique 2. It's also very reasonably priced.
