I did the 8 week package with Charlotte- not only have I lost weight and made long terms changes to my diet and lifestyle but I have also learnt a lot in the process. She helped me achieve goals I could never have achieved on my own and the sessions were a lot of fun! Really enjoyed my session with Andrew, fantastic relaxed location with lots of equipment for what we needed. Andrew has clearly got good experience and tailored the workout for what I wanted and needed.One on one training with Andrew in the well equipped and decorated studio is fantastic and motivates me to do my workouts.
Lovely clean studio, has parking which is a bonus and has the equipment I need for a good workout. Loving the TRX workouts.
