The grey Passat CC GT SY59WPT for sale has rusty wheel arches requiring hundreds of pounds worth of restoration work. But, they didn't tell me. It has just been sprayed over to disguise it. Also, they agreed a price on the car and didn't tell me about an extra "debit card" fee of over 60. Their knowledge of cars is also very basic. They will attempt to take a deposit without a written agreement. If you ask for a discount they will remove the warranty but not tell you.
I just bought a Mercedes from these guys. I was really impressed with their service. I agreed a deposit whilst sorting out my finance, which they were really helpful with. There was no salesman pressure, James was brilliant. My car drives like a dream and I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car from there.
Don't trust what they say about "driving a car for a week to ensure it is fully functional" or that "all cars are serviced before sale". They sell cars with old oil, fault codes and dodgy brakes and refuse to accept any warranty claims. Also extremely rude about refusing to do work.You're better off buying from a private individual than these guys.Since posting the above 4 other reviews were placed, all 5 stars The timing is odd given the company has been in business for around a year. I have also been contacted by another buyer who has had a bad experience.
